    10:00 1/3 container of oatmeal, banana, 1 tbsp of almond butter

    12:30 Container of sirloin steak (mustard/horseradish), baby/field of greens w/ 1/2 container carrots, 1/2 container of tomatoes, onion, 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp of balsamic with ground pepper/garlic seasoning

    3:30 Container of grilled chicken breast, container of asparagus

    heading to son's hockey tourney - packing container of egg salad (7 whites, 2 yolks, 2 tbsp smart balance), container of radishes, container of colored peppers, container of cukes

    The rink in PA that my son is playing at has a nice trails with inclines, alotting an hour for a walk/light jog.

  6. Dawn, too much fruit. One piece of fruit a morning. Your day was pretty good today. You got a descent amount of fats in with the steak yolk and supplements. You got the carbs in. Today, minus the fruit is more like what you should be doing. Keep going until the next meeting. Tom will let you know what is next.

    1:30 .5 container of turkey burger .5 container of grilled chicken

    4:30 .5 container of turkey burger, .5 container of grilled chicken. 2 glasses red wine

    7:30 dream protein shake, 2tbsp almond butter (16gf)4 pieces of turkey bacon

    12:00 - 1 ezekiel; 1 tbsp almond butter (8gf)

    3:30 - 1/2 container wild rice; 1 container grilled swordfish; spring mix salad w/cucumbers, peppers, 3 slices of avocado (6gf)and raspberry vinaigrette

    5:30 - 1/2 slice ezekiel bread

    8:30 - 1 container turkey burger; 2 cucumbers

    10:00 - 2 tbsp almond butter (14gf)

    11am 20 almonds(16gf)
    1pm homemade chicken broth w/9oz whole wheat
    pasta. egg and zucc/omlete
    3pm 1 cont ground turkey/3/4 egg omlete
    6pm barbcue chicken w/salad/balsamic vinager
    1tbsp olive oil
    9pm 1 white wine 4oz 20almonds(16gf)
    Day 21/May 24...cheat day.weight 141Lbs
    7am espresso/3/4 skim milk/watermelon
    830am 9oz steel cut oats/w 1 tbsp raw honey
    1230pm 6oz protein shake/w/greens
    230pm 9oz steak/salad w/olive oil/salt/vinger
    turkey sausage.

    ..its pretty funny jacqui and i always...share 1 hot dog..but this time we both looked at each other and said...im not sharing this time. HaHa

    10pm 2 red wines 4oz...i know alot but being a
    weekend holiday i think its pretty good normally i eat alot/so funny jacqui/santo/ant and myself were telling on each other.

    2:00 1 container shrimp, 6 rice crackers with mexican dip
    5:00 crab cake over spinach salad, 1 tbs dressing (14 g fat), 1 cup new england clam chowder, 1 glass wine
    7:00 2 mouthfuls italian cheesecake, 2 mouthfuls icecream

    I gained .8 pounds from Wed but down .6 from last Sunday.

  15. Tracy, do you really think those lettuce wraps have only 322 calories? Go to pf changs website and get it from the horse's mouth. You need to multiply that 4oz by 4xs. The only thing decent on their menu is the salmon.
