  4. I just put it in the pan and chop it up with the spatula .. So it doesn't stick. I do add a little pam .. Not sure if that is right but that is how I have been doing it. (When I eat it I mix it with the Rice and throw some veggies in ... it makes me feel like I am eating more then I am)
I guess you could probably use some of your fat to rub some olive oil on the pan so it doesn't stick but I am not sure.

    Hope I helped.
Jody let me know if there is a better way to do it or an alternative

Getting so much done today being home! And Tom was right about this program making life a lot easier I already see the difference. It has helped me to prepare for not only me but my family as well
    Thanks guys!
Last week I was satisfied and not feeling bad about watching what I was eating at all.

  12. That is such a good idea Jody. The Chili Seasoning and the beans and meat... I need to try that.
I would probably add the beans and the meat in the same container and split it into 2 meals throughout the day.
I tried the rice and I am a little worried about the carb count on the container .. I got wild rice but not sure if it is right . The carb count is like 39 for only 1/4 cup. Maybe I will just stick to the brown because I am not sure about the other one

The organic was hard for me to get my hands on. It definitely tastes better that is for sure.
I get mine at whole foods. I really like there selection especially for Chicken ... and I like the way they pack it to.
