    2 mugs coffee with almond breeze and stevia
    red grapes

    1 container chicken
    1 container egg whites
    Carbs:
    2 serving E bread
    Fats:
    1 oz pumpkin seeds
    1 oz almonds

    IS IT WRONG TO EAT THE PUMPKIN SEEDS BECAUSE OF THEIR FAT CONTENT???

    I get the lite saff mayo in Wegmans. It is on the same shelf where the regular one is next to it. Hope that helps.

    3 ez cinnamon raisin bread

    1/3 cup shelled pumpkin seeds

    Todays food:

    Protein:
    1 cont steak
    .5 cont shrimp
    1.5 scoop protein powder

    carb:

    1 serv EZ bread
    1 serv rolled oats

    fat:

    1 serv almond butter
    1 serv olive oil
    1 serv almonds

    Also I had a coffe with almond milk and an apple.

    No gym today...I was in AC:)but will make up for it tom!

  8. Jay, no not at all sunflower seeds are great. Just wanted to give you an idea of how much fat is in them. Its good fat. I didn't get your email. I will check spam.

  9. Sara, excellent. I can really say here what we spoke about. He doesn't want any changes in the plan at this point. It will change a week from this sunday and you will start to see more weight loss. This first phase is not necessarily about weight loss. Its about changing bad habits and jump starting your metabolism. You are doing great.
