Sara, excellent. I can really say here what we spoke about. He doesn't want any changes in the plan at this point. It will change a week from this sunday and you will start to see more weight loss. This first phase is not necessarily about weight loss. Its about changing bad habits and jump starting your metabolism. You are doing great.
