    I will be on business travel next week. Any advice on how to stick to the plan? I will not be able to cook.

    Are these protein bars okay in a pinch? They are "all natural."

  11. Howard - I'm in the city and having trouble opening the link. The Jerky I have at the studio is fine, DO NOT eat that Jack's Links and all that shit... we carry a free-range / hormone free brand at the studio. In general over do it on protein when you are away and under do it on carbs and fat... that is the easiest thing to do.
