  3. Happy Birthday, Jody! You are a true testament to everyone's dream: You can get stronger and more beautiful with age.

    I weighed myself before my cheat meal. I started at 115 and I now weigh a still whopping 111. However, I will never give up.

    Fruit:
    Grapes
    Protein
    2 containers egg whites with spinich

    Carbs:
    2 servings E bread
    lots of spinich,broccoli, and cauliflower

    Little discouraged today, bec I actually gained weight since last week...but not giving up!

    1 serv egg yolks(3)

    Saving the rest for cheat dinner!

    My weight was is the same.

    Menu today:

    fruit banana

    protein

    tofu .5 container
    shrimp
    turkey burger
    .5 jeff's protein shake

    carbs
    3/4 container brown rice
    1 ez english muffin
    2 cinnamon raisin ez bread

    fats

    2 peanut butter

    grilled and steamed veggies green tea and unsweetened almond milk
