    Where did you get your saff. Mayo. Mine has 11 g of fat in 1tbsp. I can't find the light one in wegmans or in Whole foods?

    i just picked up the light saff mayo in Wegmans in ocean.It has 4 g of fat, and it is light blue instead of the dark blue cap.

    1 cont chicken sausage
    1 cont tilapia

    Carb:

    1 cont rice and beans
    1 serv EZ bread

    Fat:

    1 serv almond butter
    1 serv olive oil
    1 serv sunflower seeds

    One coffe with almond milk and 1 apple!

  9. Sara, is the Tilapia wild caught? It's very rare to find wild Tilapia.

    The tilapia is not wild caught..they said that it is not its season..so we bought the farm raised..is that bad?I know it's not the best..

    Breakfast
    EZ bread 2s with Almond butter and banana
    Snack
    Cucumbers with 1s almonds and cashews
    Lunch
    .5 rice pasta / Grilled chicken.5 / spinach
    Snack
    .5 egg whites / last slice of ez bread
    Dinner
    .5 rice pasta / grilled chicken .5 / spinach
    2nd serving of nuts here.

  16. Sara, You really cant find Tilapia wild caught. It is a very low quality fish that is fed corn which is not even something a fish would eat. It has almost none of the essential fatty acids left in it. So I would really prefer you didn't eat it. It's tasty, I know. Tom and I like halibut and cod. They are both very good.
