Sara, You really cant find Tilapia wild caught. It is a very low quality fish that is fed corn which is not even something a fish would eat. It has almost none of the essential fatty acids left in it. So I would really prefer you didn't eat it. It's tasty, I know. Tom and I like halibut and cod. They are both very good.
Pummelo (these are so good) almost like a grapefruit but not tart tasting.
