We all need to pick ourselves up from time to time... we get knocked down but it isn't about getting knocked down; it's about if we get back up and keep moving forward and as Rocky said to his son "that's how winnin is done!"
During this transformation you will find that often you are your own worst enemy, so don't give in, just keep fighting the fight and over time that enemy becomes your slave.

  3. tom, approx how many peices of sashimi in a serving, and can i have edemani. Do I count the edemani as a carb ?

  5. Hey Tom, What serving from Turkey sausage do you count as a fat? I am having chicken sausage today. Does that count as something else besides 1 protein serving?

    1 - Brown Rice
    1 - Rice Pasta

    Fats:
    23 Almonds
    1 - Olive Oil in Pasta
    1 - Almond Butter on EZ Bread

    1 Large Pear (equal in size to 2 Tangerines)

  8. JCatena18 - sashimi is usually cut into either 1 or 1.5 ounce pieces, so 9 pieces if it is small and about 6 if they are large pieces. Edemame is fine and count as a carb even though it also has a lot of protein.

  14. BJ - e-mail me the amount of carbs in your Vemma and you mindbody shake... you aren't getting enough carbs... you should be having 3 containers a day.
