    10 egg whites with spinich dab honey shirts
    1 container chicken
    pumkin seeds
    enough water to make me float

    Carbs: 1 cont: lentils
    1 serv ez english muffins
    Fats: 1 tbs almond butter
    1 serv. nuts
    1 serv safflower mayo
    Fruit: 1 serv pineapple
    Green tea, green drink. starting weight was 135

    Fats:

    1 safflower mayo in salad
    1 serv almon butter
    1 serv sunf. seeds

    Fruit: 1/2 of a large pear

    also had some spinach and cucumber!

    .5 gallon bag of sliced cucumbers
    .5 container steamed brocc
    .5 container steamed chicken
    giant salad with 2 tablespoons canola/vin salad dressing
    .5 turkey burger meat

    2 tablespoon of pnt btr / dried bluberries

    1 c salmon (I will be going out to eat at night hopefully they offer salmon) Was looking for some good ideas? for when you are out to eat?

    1 c Wild Rice
    Veggies and a salad

    Cashews 1 serving
    Almond Butter 1 serving
    Water

    Sunday
    Day 8

    orange or banana not sure yet

    1 c chicken sausage
    1 c egg whites

    1 c ez bread
    1 c fruit (they usually have a lot of this at hotels I guess?)

    Cashews

    Salad
    Not sure if this is a great plan but tried to prepare for being away from home.
    I went to wegmans tonight. I was able to get the tea it is so good. I like the White Tea and the Green ...
    I also was able to pick up that BBQ mix but I am not sure if it is the right one. It is by Simply Organic? it was in the Gluten free isle for I figured it was the right one.

  9. Friday Day 6 Edibles -
    Well I cheated a little today, not terribly unhealthy but not the best either.
    8:00am .5 C - Gluten Free Waffles dry
    11:00 - banana
    11:30 - handful of raw sliced almonds (1 F) and I believe a waste of calories for how little you get!
    12:30 .5 shrimp salad w .5 tomatoes
    3:30 Large green salad w/.5 C chicken and 1 C sweet potato w/ 1 olive oil
    6:30 Organic, gluten free corn chips and salsa (CHEATER!! but less than I would usually devour!)
    9:00 .5 grilled tuna steak w/ lg spinach salad w/ 1 olive oil
    9:30 - one of those diet chocolate mousse cups w/ 40 cal and artificial everything. Yes, I know it's not on the program.
    Worked like a maniac all day and didn't work out unless cleaning the entire school counts.
    Weight this morning - 140.2

  10. Also when I went to Wegmans is Woodbridge they had a small amt. of Organic Meat. In like a case? Does the one in Manalapan have more? They told me that the organic stuff goes fast once it comes in practically.
    Jody I need some of that Harmonized Protein. Maybe I can swing by the gym when you are around let me know and the greens .. J

    Not really looking to cheat but what does Tom mean by Cheat mean exceptions?
    I am going out tonight ... so would like to know. I was thinking I would just have the salmon and the salad and be cool with that...

Jessica, its kind of hit or miss with the organic meet. sometimes they have more then other times. there is some in a seperate case and more red meat where the non organic meat is. i just bought a roast from them for $13 exp date of 1-28 and it was rancid! Beware isn't the first time that happened to me there.
