    I Posted my food for Saturday on the last women's blog and for today on Tom's. Can you look it over?

    I had a hard time with the rest of the brown rice today ... to heavy .. I had salmon and brown rice for dinner with Green beans

    I really enjoyed the seminar today. The emotional connection for me to food is really powerful. I have been seeing that for the past two weeks.

    If anyone has a good recipe for salmon can you put it on the blog. I have a hard time making it. I broil it, but never like the way it turns out plus it had a lot of bones in the meat this time.. which I never saw before so I was probably short on carbs and protein today.

    Was so nice seeing you and Tom today, I loved every minute of the seminar and I am very excited about Tuesday evening's training.

    Today is my cheat meal day..but for the rest of the day I was good:)

    Protein:

    .5 serv egg whites
    1.5 scoop protein
    1 cont chicken( wings that is:))

    carbs:

    1 slice EZ bread
    pizza:)

    Fat:
    1 serv egg yolk
    rest from cheat meal

    Had plenty of veggies and fruit as well.
    Tomorrow I am back in business:)

  6. Candace, Looks great! Fats a little low but in all very good day. Do you think that looks like too much food? How did you feel eating it? Try to throw some raw veggies into the mix.
