women day 19, thurs jan 28

    Can't believe its day 19 Wow ! time flies when you are having fun!
    Good Morning all:

    Fruit
    Banana

    Protein
    1 c Sirlion ( organic Pasta Sauce)
    1 c grilled turkey

    Carbs
    1 c rice pasta
    1 c EZ bread

    Veggies
    Spinach

    Fats
    Almond Butter 14g
    Almonds and cashews mixed 15g

    Today is a leg day. I do legs on Mondays and Thurs and Arms on Wed and Fridays and back on Sundays.
    It is also a Latin Dance night!!!!
    I know that always picks up the spirits!!!YEHHHH!!!

    Can't wait to go to the Bahamas I am so looking forward to it.

    I learned a valuable lesson yesterday.
    Poor Preparation means poor performance. (like Tom said)
    Yesterday I was craving something sweet, but was not even hungry. Well if I had my EZ R. C. Bread that would have been fine but no such luck..I had to have Cucumbers with V. I got thru it with the help of Jody!!!!Thanks Jody the support you gave was invaluable. I realized I was being emotional and was not really craving anything, but a talk.

    I will not be able to make it on Feb. 7th so make sure you send me some information before then.... I will still blog though.

    I send you another email.
    I realized on my drive in to school early this morning, that I have conquered my bad habits. A large glass of beautiful merlot every night has been replaced by tea. It was simply a custom that I had grown use to. The diet soda that I use to crave never even enters into my thoughts. This is so cool to think that everyone is capable of change.
    2 mugs coffee with stevia and almond breeze
    Fruit:
    grapes
    Fats:
    1 oz almonds
    1 oz pumpkin seed
    Protein:
    1 container chicken
    1 container egg whites with chicken
    Carbs:
    2 servings Ezekiel bread

  4. Jay Lyn, I am so proud of you! Its just a matter of changing your brain. That's exactly what we are trying to accomplish with this program. EVERYONE is capable of change. Great job.

    Done with my step and cooking for the day, so here is my food plan for today:)

    Protein:
    1 cont tuna salad
    1 cont beef chilli

    Carb:
    1 serv EZ bread
    1 serv brown rice pasta

    Fat:
    1 saff mayo in tuna
    1 serv oil
    1 serv sunflower seeds

    Had a pear and some almond milk coffe!

    I feel really good:)
