Fats Oil Extra V 15g sunflower seeds 15g Almond butter 15g 45g Feeling pretty good today. A little tired ... Did legs yesterday and they are a little sore... but okay. I will be taking my zumba class today....and doing some abs .. Tomorrow I will do legs again and take latin dance. I am so hungry today ... can't wait to eat breakfast :) Have a great day all!!!!
Jaylynn,first of all you are not a fat ass!!! What is your weight, by the way. You started at 115, correct?
We can meet tomorrow at 1045 if you are available. I will be finished at 645 at night if you want to come then. Tell me which one of these works for you.
Butter / syrup what's that? Only kidding! Actually using one of my fats with the almond butter and putting banana on top of that for breakfast. Next week I may switch from the EZ bread and the Vans and try out oatmeal in one container and egg whites in the other because I always liked to mix my oatmeal with my egg whites.. It really tastes good and then sprinkle a little agave on it. I can have .5 at my breakfast and .5 at my first snack. Sorry just thinking and typing.
This week is going so fast. Before you know it I will be going on my cruise ... Feb 7*14... Going to the Bahamas. A couple of days away from this cold weather will be great.

fat: 2 sevings pumpkin seeds
salad with lettuce,cucumbers,little carrots and handful of tomatoes
Jessica, looks good. vans waffles are fine as long as youre not putting butter and syrup on them.

Started the day with almond milk coffee and small amount of red grapes.
