    1 c Vans waffles (2) I guess ? Jody let me know if these are allowed and if so do 2 count as 1c
    1 c EZ bread

    Fats
    Oil Extra V 15g
    sunflower seeds 15g
    Almond butter 15g
    45g
    Feeling pretty good today. A little tired ... Did legs yesterday and they are a little sore... but okay.
    I will be taking my zumba class today....and doing some abs .. Tomorrow I will do legs again and take latin dance.
    I am so hungry today ... can't wait to eat breakfast
    :)

    I STILL HAVEN'T TAKEN A PICTURE YET. CAN'T WE JUST SAY ONE FAT ASS IS THE SAME AS ANOTHER FAT ASS? Just kidding...tell me when we can meet.

    2 mugs coffee with almond breeze and stevia

    protein: 2 containers of grilled chicken
    5 chunks pineapple
    carbs: 2 servings Ezekiel bread
    fat: 2 sevings pumpkin seeds
    salad with lettuce,cucumbers,little carrots and handful of tomatoes

    Today's foodplan

    Carb:
    1 serv EZ bread
    1 cont brown rice

    Protein:

    1 cont chicken sausage
    1 cont chicken salad

    Fat:

    1 saff mayo
    1 serv almond butter
    1 serv almonds

    Started the day with almond milk coffee and small amount of red grapes.
    Ended the day with 1 h step( 530 Kcal burned)

    Feeling good!

    We can meet tomorrow at 1045 if you are available. I will be finished at 645 at night if you want to come then. Tell me which one of these works for you.

  8. Butter / syrup what's that?
    Only kidding!
    Actually using one of my fats with the almond butter and putting banana on top of that for breakfast.
    Next week I may switch from the EZ bread and the Vans and try out oatmeal in one container and egg whites in the other because I always liked to mix my oatmeal with my egg whites.. It really tastes good and then sprinkle a little agave on it. I can have .5 at my breakfast and .5 at my first snack.
    Sorry just thinking and typing.

    This week is going so fast. Before you know it I will be going on my cruise ... Feb 7*14... Going to the Bahamas. A couple of days away from this cold weather will be great.
