    Snack
    EZ bread 1 with Egg whites
    Lunch
    Egg whites with Veggies
    Going out with neighbors tonight for a nice drink and dinner
    I plan to get
    2 light beers maybe just one depending on how I feel
    Salad with dressing / French onion soup and maybe some wings.


    I will be giving up one of each macronutrient for my cheat

    Today's food:

    Protein:
    1 serv shrimp
    .5 egg whites
    1.5 scoop protein shake

    Carb:
    1 serv EZ bread
    1 serv rice pasta

    Fats:
    1 serv egg yolks
    1 serv oil
    1 serv almonds

    One apple and some almond coffee in the morning!

    Happy Birthday!!!
    My menu changed. I went to the movies with my Mom for her bday and then went out to dinner.
    At the movies I had some swedish fish, and popcorn. A very small amt.
    At dinner I kind of had a good cheat meal ... at Fresco's Italian in EB

    2 slices of italian bread. with oil and garlic
    Calamari with shoe string zuccinni with marinara s.
    Filet mignon with nothing on it
    veggies
    2 Wine
    2 Light beers
    Dessert, ice cream cake
