  1. HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

I am so excited today! This program is helping me to do things that I have been struggling with for years and believe it or not I am saving money.
The cafe at my job would at least get 10.00 a day from me. Now they are lucky if they get 1.00 for a cup of coffee. So when I look at my grocery bill I think of that. 50.00 extra each week it all evens out.
    Well anyway...Love it!

    Fruit
    Banana

    Protein
1c ground bison (organic pasta sauce)
    1c egg whites

    Carb
    1c ez bread (cinn. ras)
    1c rice pasta

    Fat
    1s almonds and cashews
    1s almond butter

Was thinking last night that some days seem to be harder for me then others. I think that if I label that on my blog I might be able to see what I was eating on the days that I had good days and repeat what I ate.
My stomach is not hurting me anymore. I have had stomach problems since I was a young ... I think the breaking down the meals really helps for me.

  3. Jessica, that's what the blog is for. Definitely record how you are feeling on a daily basis. I am so happy your belly feels better. I have a hunch that it may be from doing away with the dairy. It helped me.

  10. Heather, I would like you to list your food like Sara above. It is the only way I can tell if you are eating the right amounts of things. So talk to me in containers. Thanks!

  11. Jan, good. Just start listing your food like Sara. It makes it easier for me to determine what you're eating. If you just say grilled chicken for dinner I have no idea knowing how much. Thanks for all your help with the dress shops today. Jillian really appreciates it.
