    Where are we to record our daily intake? Unfortunately, I weighed myself this morning. I was stupified--115 pounds.

    It looks like I have a bad cold.Can I have any soup?If yes, where does that fit in as far as Protein, Carb or Fat?

  3. Sara, you can have soup as long as its in a clear broth. Chicken and vegetable, beef vegetable etc. No creamy soups. Vegetables can be eaten in unlimited quantities. So only thing left would be the meat. If you are making it at home then you can measure the amount you put into the bowl. Usually, most soups are not loaded with meat. Use your judgement on how much you think would fit into a container.

  5. My meals: 7:30 .5 container protein shake with banana and green powder, 1tablespoon almond butter (8gf)

    11:30 .5 container of eggwhites (6gf) .5 container of brown rice

    3:30 .5 container of bison meat, big salad

    6:00 .5 container brown rice, 2 tablespoons peanut butter (16gf)

    8:00 22 almonds (16gf), .5 container protein powder with greens powder.

  7. Starting weight Sunday 1/10 - 144

    1/11
    9:00 am banana, 1 egg w/ 2 e. bread
    11:45 5 lg shrinp w/ lg spinach salad 1 olive oil (f)
    3:00 6 oz. sword fish steak w/sweet potato -5 cont and brocoli/cauliflower/carrot/red pepper mixed steamed veg.
    6:30 20 unsalted pistachios
    Short on protein - I don't really eat that much meat but I'll try.
    good water and green tea. tried splash of almond milk in coffee and it was fine. cut coffee back alot.
