  1. Hi guys, want to just clear a couple of things up. turkey or chicken sausage should be 4 per container. tuna fish is 2 cans per container.

  2. Hi Jody - I figured I would start today as a No carb day.
    Morning:
    1 c coffee with almond milk
    1 scoop protein shake, 1/2 banana
    1/2 baked apple

    Afternoon:
    beets
    broccoli
    asparagus

    Dinner:
    1 1/2 lean grilled burger
    roasted broccoli, asparagus

    Snack: 12 walnuts
    1 TB peanut butter

    1 hour spin class (intervals)
