men and women day 47, thurs nov 5th

NO CARB: Sleep in late... 10:45 9 egg white 3 yolk w/ green pepper, 1:00 pear, 23 almonds, 3:15 1 container tuna w/ 1tbs salflower mayo, 4:45 20 min abs work out, rest of day 2 scoop protein shake, red pepper, 8:00 karate class and 9:45 1 container salmon w/ broccoli.. 3 protein, 0 carbs, 1 fruit, 46g fat.. GO YANKEES, post yesterday blog this morning.

    banana
    .5 cont of turkey sausage
    .5 cont of bison, peppers, cauli, broc, 1 tsp of peanut sauce
    1 tbl of almond butter
    .5 cont of turkey sausage, eggplant, onions, peppers
    protein shake 2 tbl of almond butter

    Cardio Fusion Class
    1 c coffee with almond milk
    1/2 container brown rice farina w/ banana
    1/2 scoop protein shake 1 tsp pb
    1/2 container brown rice with ground beef & onions
    20 Almonds & Walnuts
    fillet of flounder, asparagus, turnip, broccoli
    1 TB peanut butter

    No carb
    1 1/2 scoop protien shake with banana-tasted pretty good.
    salad with 1 tbs oil (14)
    1/2 C tuna (mixed with balsamic vinegar)
    1 C talapia
    mixed veggies with sun dried tomato pesto 1 tbs (5)
    11 mixed nuts (7)
