men and women day 46, wed nov 4th

Hi guys! Tonight we will be having another super hero kettlebell class, for those of you who missed the Sunday class. Please, wear a super hero costume or tee shirt. It was a lot of fun. Tom is adding new props for tonight.

    1 serving of almonds
    1 serving of cashews

    fresh tomato, red pepper, cucumber

  2. Hey Guys, 25 HIIT, trained with Tom, Pineapple, 1 container egg whites, .5 container cod, 1 scoop protein powder, salad, peppers, 2 slices ezekiel, 2 servings almonds

  3. Good evening! No carb day for me.
    1 hour weights class at gym
    Morning: 1 scoop protein shake, banana, 1 tsp. AB
    Snack: beets
    Lunch: stuffed pepper with ground turkey, brussel sprouts and cauliflower
    Dinner: 1 c pork loin, brussel sprouts, cauliflower
    10 almonds, 10 walnuts

    tuna sashimi 1/2 C
    brown rice veggie roll 1/2 C carb
    (4) for the avocado
    grilled chicken salad 1/2 C
    EZ cinn raisin 1/2 C
    1 tbs PB (7)
    Kinda full ,not sure I have room for protein shake later

  5. Leon,On your carb day you should have 2 containers of carbs. What do you consider a half serving of turkey jerky?

  8. Yes Jody I think 30 g of fat. Sometimes I blog before I am "finished" with the day. I had a tsp of PB before bed, too.
