Today's super-hero KB class was one of my favorite ever... gonna do it again Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. for those who missed out. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. You MUST wear at least a super-hero t-shirt if you want to participate....

HIGH CARB: 8:00 2 scoop protein, 8:45 BIG legs & bi, 10:00 2 scoop protein , banana, 12:30 9 egg whites 3 yolks, 3:00 1 container organic rice, 1 container beef w/green pepper, 5:00 23 almonds, 6:00 1 container sweet potatos, 8:45 1 container chicken w/ salad & 1tbs extra vig olive oil.. 3-protein, 2-carb, 1-fruit, 46g-fat.
