Men day 43, Sunday November 1st

First day of phase 3... please post questions below:
Today's super-hero KB class was one of my favorite ever... gonna do it again Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. for those who missed out. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. You MUST wear at least a super-hero t-shirt if you want to participate....

    1 serving of chicken

    Fat
    1 tbs grape seed oil (14g)
    1 egg yoke (6g)
    raw cashews (25g)

    Fruit
    1 apple

    Veggies
    fresh spinach, tomato, red pepper, cucumber

HIGH CARB: 8:00 2 scoop protein, 8:45 BIG legs & bi, 10:00 2 scoop protein , banana, 12:30 9 egg whites 3 yolks, 3:00 1 container organic rice, 1 container beef w/green pepper, 5:00 23 almonds, 6:00 1 container sweet potatos, 8:45 1 container chicken w/ salad & 1tbs extra vig olive oil.. 3-protein, 2-carb, 1-fruit, 46g-fat.

    7:30 karate

    10:30 4 egg omlette vegies

    1:30 1 cont of organic steak w/ salad

    5:00 1 cont of turkey w/ mushrooms

    7:00 1 cont chicken w/ salad

    8:00 upper body w/o
