HIGH CARB: 7:00 bi,abs, 8:45 2 scoop protein, banana shake, 10:45 9 egg whites 3 yolk, 2 ezekiel w/ almond butter, 1:30 1 1/2 scoop protein, 3:00 1 container ground turkey, 1 container sweet potatos, dinner is sirlion w broccoli, spinach salad 1 tbs extra vig. olive oil.. PRO-3, CARB-2, FRUIT-1 FAT-46g. Next 3 days will be no carb, looking forward to thursday dinner!!!!!

    beef stirfry with cabbage and broccoli
