NO CARB:6:00 2 scoop protein, 7:00 22min HIIT & abs, 8:45 2 scoop protein, banana, 23 almonds, 11:45 9 egg whites 3 yolk w/ green pepper, 3:45 1 container chicken w/ spinach salad, 6:00 red pepper, 9:00 salmond w/ broccoli, spinach salad w/ 1tbs extra vig olive oil... 3 protein, 0 carb 1 fruit, 44g fat... cheat meal used on friday. SO GOOD!!!! Friday morning wieght 182lbs. Was feeling alittle slow the past days, but suck it up...

  2. Hey Jody, Yesterday went for a 45 minute walk!! Apple, 1 container eggs, salad with .5 chicken, dinner was .5 avocado (10) with spinach salad and grilled chicken. 1 protein shake and 1 serving almonds (16). Drank a lot of water and not having a big cheat this weekend maybe a glass of wine to toast our anniversary.
