Hello Wonder Woman, Today was a low day: pineapple -5oz 1 scoop harmonized protein 1 container egg whites w/1tbsp saff mayo (4) .5 container halibut w/salad 2 servings almonds will end the night w/another shake.
One Carb Day 20 min. treadmill (intervals) Morning: 1 scoop protein shake, banana, 1 TB AB Snack: beets Dinner: 1 container stuffed cabbage with turkey salad with 1 TB olive oil and vinegar Snack: 1 EK bread, 1 TB PB, 12 walnuts
