    kickboxing
    apple
    .5 cont of eggwhites 1 tsp of saff mayo
    spinach salad with 1 turkey sausage, 10 walnuts
    protein shake 1 tbl of almond butter
    3/4 cont of halibut with mixed veges
    10 almonds
    2 tbl of almond butter

  2. Hello Wonder Woman, Today was a low day:
    pineapple -5oz
    1 scoop harmonized protein
    1 container egg whites w/1tbsp saff mayo (4)
    .5 container halibut w/salad
    2 servings almonds
    will end the night w/another shake.

    20 min. treadmill (intervals)
    Morning:
    1 scoop protein shake, banana, 1 TB AB
    Snack:
    beets
    Dinner:
    1 container stuffed cabbage with turkey
    salad with 1 TB olive oil and vinegar
    Snack:
    1 EK bread, 1 TB PB, 12 walnuts

    1 cinn raisin EZ
    1 Tbs Cashew Butter (7)
    pineapple chunks

    1/2 C steak
    salad

    11 cashews (7)

    snacked on veggies

    1/2 C Brown rice
    1 C chicken
    steamed veggies w/ 1 tbs pesto (6)

    1/2 C egg whites with mushrooms
    1 tsp oil (7)
