    1 container of bison mixed vegetables

HIGH CARB:6:25 2 scoop protein, 7:20 back, bi, 20min HIIT, 8:45 2 scoop protein, banana, 10:45 7 egg whites 3 yolk w/ spinach, 2 ezekiel w/ almond butter, 1:00 20min TURBO JAM work out tape, 2:00 23 almonds, 5:00 1 container turkey sausage, 1 container organic pasta, 8:00 KARATE CLASS, 9:15 1 container chicken w/ spinach salad & beats... PROTEIN 3, CARBS 2, FRUIT 1, FAT 47g. Felt good today, lots of ENERGY!!!

  4. Hi,

    Low carb day
    1 banana
    1 1/2 scoop protein shake
    1/2 C grilled chicken and mixed greens
    11 almonds (7)
    1 C grilled sea bass and steamed veggies
    No more added fat since I ate out for dinner and they said the fish was dry and the veggies steamed, not sure I totally trust them so I will leave the 23 grams of fat as a safety net. Feel good, not very hungry
