NO CARB: 6:45 SCOOP protein, 7:30 legs & abs, 8:45 2 scoop protein, banana, 10:15 23 almonds, 11:00 1hr karate, 12:30 9 egg whites 3 yolks, yellow pepper, 3:15 1 container chicken w/ spinach salad & beats, 8:00 salmon w/ broccoli, spinach salad w/ extra vig olive oil.. PROTEIN-3 CARBS-BIG 0, FRUIT-1, FAT-46G... AND STILL NO BEER!!!!!!!!!

    1 C grilled chicken with mixed veggies over salad oil/vinegar dressing (14)
    11 almonds/cashews (7)
