    spin
    pinnapple/mango
    .5 cont of egg whites 1 tsp of saff mayo
    mixed spinach salad .5 con to turkey sausage
    1 peice of ezk bread 1 tbl of almond butter
    1 cont of bison mixed veges
    1 tbl of almond butter

    what do we do if it rain for boot camp tomorrow?????

PROTEIN 3, CARB 2 , FRUIT 1, FAT 29 PLUS CHEAT.
