HIGH CARB: 7:00 2 egg whites 2 yolks(need to go on a egg run, lol) 2 ezekiel w/ almond butter, 10:30 banana, 2:00 1 container beef, 1 container sweet potatos, 6:30 2 scoop protein shake 1/2 cucumber, 7:45 KARATE CLASS, 9:00 steak & 4 whole eggs, 1 red pepper..PROTEIN-3, CARB-2, FRUIT-1, FAT-47g... LOTS OF H2O...

    1 container ground turkey chili
    red bell pepper
    walnuts, almonds, wasabi covered soybeans
    1/2 container turkey meatball, sausage
    2 organic eggs
    1 scoop protein shake, 1 tsp pb

    1 hour weight lifting class

    1/2 C tuna mixed with balsamic oil
    1/2 C Ground turkey w/ chili seasoning
    1/2 C brown rice
    salad w/avocado (7)
    11 cashews (small) (7)
    most likely 1 1/2 scoop protien shake later tonight
