    Hi carb day-yeah.
    banana
    1 C turkey burger(no bun) from Gourmet Grill 1 C sweet potato fries (ate half at lunch other half hour later)
    1 C chicken
    portabello mushrooms and 2 tbs marsala sauce
    steamed veggies
    22 almonds/cashews (14)
