    1 stuffed pepper w/ ground turkey
    beets
    2 chicken sausages, 2 eggs
    1 TB peanut butter w/ 12 almonds

PROTEIN-3, CARB-0, FRUIT-1, FAT-46...TODAY WEIGHT WAS DOWN TO 181 LBS, FEELING GOOD...
