    protein shake 2 tbl of almond butter

    1 scoop of protein. Banana. Etra virgin olive oil. Cinamin. 1 tbs of Almond Butter.

    1 cont of Bison. Vegies.

    Salad

    Sashimi

    1 cont of chicken

NO CARB: 4:45 2 scoop protein, 7:15 4 egg whites 2 yolk, 10:00 banana, 23 almonds, 11:30 red pepper, 2:00 1 container chicken w/ green pepper, 3:30 cucumber, 2 scoop protein, 4:14 BACK, BI, 20MIN HITT, 5:30 2scoop protein banana, 7:30 cucumber, 8:30 karate class, 9:45 1 container chicken, spinach salad w/ 1tbs extra vig olive oil & 7 almonds... 3 protein, 0 carbs, 2 fruit, 45g fat..

  4. Bethe, looks good. I see you reduced the fat a bit because of the bison. Put raw veggies in plastic baggies and eat all day. If not you will feel hungry.

  6. Hi Jody - No Carb Day for me! 1 hour cardio class
    Morning: 1 scoop protein shake, banana, 1 TB AB
    Lunch: Salad with 1/2 breast chicken, 12 walnuts, 1 TB olive oil, vinegar
    raw cauliflower, 8 baby carrots
    Snack: 1/2 scoop protein shake
    Dinner: 1 container shrimp and scallops on bed of raw spinach
    Snack: 1 tsp peanut butter

    1/2 C tuna
    1 tbs saflower mayo (4)
    cole slaw mix

    veggies

    7 cashews (8)

    1 C chicken sausage
    spinach, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli

    22 almonds (14)

    Felt hungry towards the end of the day, but full from dinner and made myself have some fat later on. Drank lots of water too
