Bethe, looks good. I see you reduced the fat a bit because of the bison. Put raw veggies in plastic baggies and eat all day. If not you will feel hungry.
Hi Jody - No Carb Day for me! 1 hour cardio class Morning: 1 scoop protein shake, banana, 1 TB AB Lunch: Salad with 1/2 breast chicken, 12 walnuts, 1 TB olive oil, vinegar raw cauliflower, 8 baby carrots Snack: 1/2 scoop protein shake Dinner: 1 container shrimp and scallops on bed of raw spinach Snack: 1 tsp peanut butter

Felt hungry towards the end of the day, but full from dinner and made myself have some fat later on. Drank lots of water too
