  1. 4:30 2 scoop protein, 8:45 4 egg whites, banana, 11:00 1 red pepper, 2:00 1 cont chicken w/ broccoli, 3:45 back, bi, abs, 30min cardo HIIT, 5:30 2 scoop protein, banana shake, 7:20 1/2 container beef, 4 egg whites, 1 yellow pepper, 8:30 karate class 9:30 spinach salad w 1tbs extra vig. olive oil.. 7 fish oil, 7 flax pill thur day. 180lbs today at the gym, 3:45pm
