NO CARB: 7:30 chest, tri , 23min HIIT, 9:00 steak and 3 eggs whites 3 yolk, 12:00 banana, 1:30 23 almonds, 3:00 1 container ground beef, 1 red pepper, 1/2 cucumber, spinach salad, 6:30 2 scoop protein, 8:30 salmon w/ broccoli 1tbs extra vig olive oil... Protein-3, Carb-0, Fruit-1, Fat-46g...Saturday was also low carb...

    1 banana
    1 EZ with PB (8)
    Fuji apple chickne salad at Panera Bread, no cheese, low sugar asian dressing (4) pecans in salad (7) got info from web site when I got home
    1/2 C brown rice
    1/2 C ground turkey
    veggies
    1 tbs pesto (5)
    1 1/2 scoop protien shake
    1 tbs PB (8)
