  1. Hi! Just returned from Florida and ate clean while gone. Today was a no carb day:
    1 c coffee with almond milk
    protein shake, banana, 1 TB pb
    pepper stuffed with ground turkey
    roasted broccoli
    walnuts
    beets
    large salad with 1 egg, 1/4 container grilled chicken, oil and vinegar

    2 cont Turkey

    1 Cont Chicken

    Salad

    9 fish Oil Pills (3 at each meal)

    Cont of Cucumbers

  3. HIGH CARB: 8:30 2 scoop protein, banana, 9:15 23min HIIT, 10:30 9 egg whites 3 yolk, 2 ezekiel w/ almond butter, 2:30 1 container beef, 1 container sweet potatoes, 4:30 23 almonds, 8:00 karate class, 9:30 1 container chicken w/ broccoli, spinach salad.. PROTEIN-3, CARB-2, FRUIT-1, FAT-46g....

    protein shake greens and t tbl of almond butter
    spin
    water/ green tea

    1 tbs pesto (5)

    20 small cashews (14)
