Hi! Just returned from Florida and ate clean while gone. Today was a no carb day: 1 c coffee with almond milk protein shake, banana, 1 TB pb pepper stuffed with ground turkey roasted broccoli walnuts beets large salad with 1 egg, 1/4 container grilled chicken, oil and vinegar
no carb day pinapple kick boxing .5 cont of eggwhites 1 tsp of saff mayo .5 cont shrimp spinach broc peppers .5 cont of beef broc protein shake greens and t tbl of almond butter spin water/ green tea
no carb day 40 min walk with dog 1 banana salad with 1/2 C tuna 1/2 avocado (7) baby carrots for snack 1 C talapia 1 tbs pesto (5) veggies 20 small cashews (14)
