HIGH CARB/ CHEAT MEAL: 6:20 legs, shoulders, abs, shitty 20min HITT, 8:15 2 SCOOP PROTEIN, BANANA SHAKE, 9:30 9 egg whites 3 yolk, 2 ezekiel w/ almond butter, 2:30 1 container chicken, broccoli, spinach salad, 6:30 cheat meal, red wine, lots of H2O today.. protein 3, carbs 1+cheat meal, fruit 1, fat 32+ cheat meal..180 1/2lbs today, you did not say we would need to buy new jeans. My belt ran out of holes, Good thing i did not make my Christmas list yet...
Low carb day 1 C egg white omlette with veggies strawberries/banana 1 C chicken over mixed green salad/little bit of oil with vinegar 4 kalmata olives (3) 1 tbs PB (7) 20 small cashews (14)
