HIGH CARB/ CHEAT MEAL: 6:20 legs, shoulders, abs, shitty 20min HITT, 8:15 2 SCOOP PROTEIN, BANANA SHAKE, 9:30 9 egg whites 3 yolk, 2 ezekiel w/ almond butter, 2:30 1 container chicken, broccoli, spinach salad, 6:30 cheat meal, red wine, lots of H2O today.. protein 3, carbs 1+cheat meal, fruit 1, fat 32+ cheat meal..180 1/2lbs today, you did not say we would need to buy new jeans. My belt ran out of holes, Good thing i did not make my Christmas list yet...

  4. Kevin, nothings worse then a shitty hiit. Ha ha. The jeans not fitting is a great thing but i will tell Tom that he owes you a new wardrobe.
