    Low carb
    1 1/2 scoop protein shake with strawberries and mango-yummy
    Salad with 1/2 C turkey-drizzle of olive oil
    1 C egg white omelete with mushrooms,veggies and spinach
    snack on some nuts and maybe 1 tbs of nut butter for the rest of my fats

    9 am Banana W/almond butter
    10:30 Upper Body
    11:30 Karate

    1:00 2 cont of Steak Salad

    3:00 Salad

    6:00 Cont of Cucumbers

    8:00 4 whole eggs with vegies

    I started at 203.5 I am going back and forth between 183 and 184. I feel good about the progress but really need to be ripped in order to feel succesfull at this.

    Any tips?
