Low carb 1 1/2 scoop protein shake with strawberries and mango-yummy Salad with 1/2 C turkey-drizzle of olive oil 1 C egg white omelete with mushrooms,veggies and spinach snack on some nuts and maybe 1 tbs of nut butter for the rest of my fats
I started at 203.5 I am going back and forth between 183 and 184. I feel good about the progress but really need to be ripped in order to feel succesfull at this.

Brian, Tom has this info. but at what weight did you start? 184! You must look amazing!
