men and women day 71, mon nov 29th

    Coffee
    banana
    weights
    pinapple
    .5 cont of eggwhites 2 pills of omega 2 pills of flex
    mixed salad with .5 cont of turkey sausage
    veggies all day/ 1 tsp of extra oil\
    spin
    cont of bison mixed veggies 2 pills of omega 2 pills of flex

    have not finished day of course but thats the plan- does it seem in line with phase four and any other suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

  2. 4:45 2 scoop protein, 9:00 4 egg whites, banana, 12:00 1 red pepper, 2:30 1 container chicken w/ spinach salad, 7:30 1 cucumber, 9:30 1container beef w/ lots of broccoli, 1tbs extra vig olive oil.. spread out 7 fish oil, 7 flax pills thur the day with my meals... OH BOY!!!

  3. 2nd day of no carbs....
    protein shake, banana
    red pepper, mushrooms (raw)
    1 container chicken
    roasted broccoli
    turnip
    turkey soup with turnip, onions, celery
    2 stuffed mushrooms (stuffed with mushroom stems, chicken sausage, seasonings)
    1 protein shake
    4 fish oil, 4 flax oil pills
    20 mins treadmill
    1/2 hour upper body weight training
