  2. 4:45 2 scoop protein, 9:00 4 egg whites, banana, 10:00 1/2 cucumber, 12:45 1 cont chicken, spinach salad, 1:30 1/2 cucumber, 2:00 legs, abs, 20 cardo, 3:30 2 scoop protein 1/2 banana, 6:45 4 egg whites, 1/2 cont beef, green pepper, 7:45 KARATE, 9:15 spinach salad, 1 tbs extra vig olive oil...**** 179 LBS ***

    1/2 banana a few strawberries
    1 1/2 Scoop protien shake
    1 apple
    1/2 C egg whites with veggies
    1 C chicken burger (I checked, all white meat and no fillers)
    large salad
    veggies during day
    got my flax and dish oil supplements today too
