    No Fat Day, 2/4
    Lost 3lbs since Monday start of Phase 4 - Started 124.4 weight today was 121.8
    Going to my LDC tonight for 2hrs. , Hope my energy levels stay up. Was a little tired yesterday during my leg/chest workout.
    I would like to do back and bi's today. I will see how it goes.
    LOVING Running with my new Nike Free's they are super comfortable...
