1st week we were averaging close to 100 blog posts a day... and now down to less than 10.... July 10th will seperate those who earned it from those who thought they wanted it. Those who earn it will confirm that NOTHING tastes as good and being fit feels.

    1 cont. mixed strawberries, apple, little bit of fiber 1 and fage yogurt at bfast (first time in 68 days with the yogurt) not completely compliant, but still trying to blog and at least keep track of what i'm eating... don't know if i should bother blogging.

    Ok only a 12 hour day @ work today.

    Tom, I'm sorry I missed the KB class last night too. I welcome the brutality!! It's a shame I need the money from the OT, but then who doesn't? Looking forward to Sunday's meeting & whatever you've got in store for phase 4.

    - 3/4 cont steel cut oats (c)
    - 1 cont long grn brn rice & beans (c)

    - lots of spinach, some cukes & hot peppers, raspberry wine vinegar

    - strength, dumbell work & some callestenics (hope I spelled that right?)

    - 413 cals - 45% fat

    PM Exercise
    Tae Kwon Do class after work
    - 46 minutes
    - Max H.R. - 92%
