    Shoulders, Triceps and Cardio Today, Looking forward to KB 's on Sunday.

    3/4 roasted chicken
    turkey slices

    1/2 c oatmeal
    1/2 scooped wheat bagel
    sm sweet potato

    fruit
    3 sm strawberries,
    few raisins 1/4 banana

    zucchini/ broccoli/salad

    had to put balsamic vinegar & tbs of evvo on salad - Don't know how not to add this fat on a salad on HC day? Suggestions???

  13. Murp I think u mean u can't eat the salad without the evoo on hc days if u mean that try lemon and the vinegar it worked for me...hope this helps
