ReplyDeleteWhat a Father's Day!
ReplyDeleteHope all you Fathers out there enjoyed today!
I suppose the most important lesson I learned from my Dad was to just do whatever it is that needs to be done. To make sure you take care of your family and yourself so you can continue to care for your family. Even after he was no longer physically or mentally able, the knowledge that he passed on simply by setting positive examples throughout his lifetime continue to care for his family today.
This 12 week UTC Challenge has been a tremendous step back in that direction not only for me, but my entire family as well. Leading by example is the best way to teach!
Thanks Dad for showing me how to lead by example. Even though you've been gone almost 2 years now, you are still with me, and the rest of us.
Kettlebell Class today was outstanding. I haven't been that spent on a workout in a very long time. It was not only a good feeling but a welcome one as well. Thanks to all that were in class today, those that helped teach as well as all who participated. It was a great start to my Father's Day today. Then I got to watch my baby play softball in a tournament with her travel team. My baby is 17, the youngest of 4 girls.
