  2. Tom, great seminar yesterday. Love the info. Went home and taught my kids about "Rainbow Foods". They get it.

    Question: is it okay to add a scoop or two of protein powder as an additional protein, and blend it up with one of the daily fruits?

  3. PHASE 4

    Quick question though, during the mtg I wrote down 0 fat days have 4 fruits and high fat days get 2...but your sample meal shows 4 for each sample. Which is correct?

    zero carbs ... for the 2nd day, damm tough

    tea & water - 1 cup coffee in the blender w/protein powder was delicious. I'm hoping you were serious Tom.

  14. Tom, picked up the Nordic Naturals fish oil today @ Vitamin Shoppe in Freehold today. It was actually a few dollars cheaper than the online price listed on the website. Will go to 4 of those a day as soon as I finish the others I've got.

    Did okay yesterday.
    Focusing on my training..
    Will do Legs and Chest today. I do love doing legs... I never did before, but with all this energy I have.
    jumping rope or running for warm up.
