Quick question though, during the mtg I wrote down 0 fat days have 4 fruits and high fat days get 2...but your sample meal shows 4 for each sample. Which is correct?
High Fat 1:4 Protein 1 ct tuna fish .75 ct chicken sausage 2 hard boiled eggs Fats 1 serving veganise 1 serv sunflower seeds 2 yolks(had this early am forgot about the yolk.) Fruit Banana Pineapple Veggies 3 fish & 3 flax oil pills.

Tom, picked up the Nordic Naturals fish oil today @ Vitamin Shoppe in Freehold today. It was actually a few dollars cheaper than the online price listed on the website. Will go to 4 of those a day as soon as I finish the others I've got.
No Fat Day 1/4 Tues. Did okay yesterday. Focusing on my training.. Will do Legs and Chest today. I do love doing legs... I never did before, but with all this energy I have. jumping rope or running for warm up.
