    Its ok ..
    I had a cheat meal tonight.
    Went out to dinner with my mother and sisters

  7. Ok, another really long workday, 16+ hrs. Really tired. Ran my ass off at work today, mostly out in the heat, drank alot of water, as I should.

    No organized exercise today, no excuses either.

    Lo-Carb Day, 4/4

    Fruit
    - 1 cont mixed globe grapes & some tomato (fr)
    - the tomato was in my western omlette

    Proteins
    - 9 egg whites {omlette} (p)
    - 1/4 cont ham in omlette (0.25 p)
    - 2 cont broiled turkey breast (2p)

    Carb
    - long grn brn rice tempenada (c)

    Fats
    - 1 serv mixed raw nuts (f)
    - 1 serv evoo on salad (f)
    - 3 egg yolks in omlette (f)
    - butter for frying omlette (f)

    Greens/Veg's
    Salad
    - lettuce, olives, roasted red peppers, hot peppers, red onions, cukes, pickles, raspberry wine vinegar

    - onions, green peppers
