Women day 12, Thurs Oct 1st

October already?! You guys are doing so well its too easy for me. No one is giving me a hard time. Where is Jan when I need her? If you read that Jan you know i love you.

    today, wed:
    2ezk toasts, 1 tbspoon alm butter(8)
    coffee with al milk
    mango(few slices)+2 straberries
    banana
    1 cont ground chicken+salad(cabbage,carrots,celery)
    1 cont grilled chicken +salad(arugula, red peppers, cucumbers)
    late snack:2tbspoon alm butter(16),24 almonds(15)
    tea green pomegranate
    veggies throughout the day(fresh)
    125 oz water

  3. Hello Ladies: Today was an apple, followed by a banana .5 container of egg whites, 1 hemp bagel (8), 5 cashews, .5 container of chicken, 1 container of ground turkey, peppers and onions. 1 container long grain wild rice/brown rice mix. 2oz almonds (24)..

    coffee (only 3/4 cup now)
    banana
    1 peice of ezk 1 tbl almond butter
    .5 con brown rice .5 cont eggwhites 1 tsp lite mayo
    green tea
    20 walnuts
    1 cont of sweet pototoe
    .5 cont of chicken with San J Peanut (just found it) onions, spinach, brocc and caulif
    protein shake with 2 tbl of almond butter

    Its hard to find the bison which I liked a lot. Oh well.

  5. I bought San-J Thai Peanut marinade (gluten free) put a little on chicken. Looked at hand out and it says Peanut Satay Sauce. Don't know what that is but is it similar to the one I used?

    11:30pm-6strawberries
    22almonds(16gf)

    2:30pm-spinach salad,beets,cucumbers onions 4 cherry tomatoes.
    1/2cont.chicken sausages91/2p)
    1tbs.olive oil(14gf)

    5:30pm-1cont.brwn rice (c)
    1/2cont.roasted drumsticks made by me(1/2p)

    8:00pm-1.1/2scoops protein(1.2p)
    1tbs.almond butter
    1ezkiel(1.2c)
    thats all i can do being in Miami,hehehe

  8. Shara, your fats are low. Have a few more nuts. Everything else looks good. Are you feeling hungry? Tom says you are. If so make sure plenty of water and lots of veggies. Let me know how you feel.

  9. Bethe, looks great. What is the san j peanut? I have to talk to the store manager at Wegman's about ordering more of the things we need. They are always out of the bison meat.

    Can't wait for Sat to have my cheat meal Can't wash these containers anymore
    Can't pack these containers anymore
    Can't cook anymore
    Can't do anymore food shopping
    ......HELP!!!!!!!!

    Just kidding. I really love this program.

    Anyway here's how today went:

    -banana
    -coffee with almond milk
    -workout with Steve
    -apple
    -1tbs of almond butter (8gf)
    -2 ezekiel cinn raisin

    -1 cont sweet potato
    -1/2 cont turkey salad with egg whites
    -1/2 tbs saff lite (2gf)
    -1/2 cont chicken sausages (no cassing)
    -1/4 cont cooked beets

    -24 almonds (16gf)

    -1 chicken and turkey pattie
    -roasted veggies (cauliflower, onion, eggplant, pepper, brussel sprouts)

    -1tbs almond butter (8gf)

    white tea
    64ozs water

  13. Eugenia, I hope you feel better now that you got that off your chest. Lol! You are doing terrific. Ok the cooking and cleaning is a little annoying but you get used to it.

    What are you having for your cheat meal? I can't wait for mine either. A little death by chocolate cake perhaps?

    1 slice of ez bread w/pp.
    1 tangerine.
    worked out.
    1 slice of ez bread w/pp
    grilled chicken/salad.
    1/2 container of chicken salad w/spoon of sufflower.
    1 tablespoon almond butter
    protein shake 1 scoop and could not finish.
