women day 7, sat sept 26

  1. Hi Jody,

    Wasn't sure how to eat properly since I was doing a cheat meal today. Anyway this is how it went:

    -banana
    -workout with Steve
    -apple
    -1 tbs of almond butter
    -1 cont of buckwheat
    -spinach salad with 3 baby roma tomatoes, cucumber, and balsamic vinegar
    -turkey burger (meat only)
    -1 cont sweet potato baked
    -1 tbs almond butter

    cheat meal:
    -sashimi
    -1 handroll
    -edamame
    -1 scoop red bean ice cream (Tom said dessert was ok)

  2. Hey Jody, I was also unsure of how we were supposed to plan our macro-nutrients out the day of a cheat meal:
    6oz grapes, 1 banana
    1/2 container of egg whites
    1oz almonds (14f)
    1/2 container of chicken
    3 slices ezek.
    Cheat meal...sushi, apple martini and a bite of dessert!! :)

    8am-1.5scoops protein powder(1/2p)
    1 ezkiel(1/2c)
    1tbs almond butter
    1 banana in a shake(fr)

    11am-apple(fr)
    22 almonds

    1pm-spinach/arugala salad
    cucmbers,radishes,onion
    1/2cont.scallops(1/2p
    1tbs olive oil(14gf)

    3pm-1/2cont.oatmeal(1/2c)
    1/2cont.egg whites(1/2p)

    6pm-1/2cont.-buckwheat(1/2c)
    1/2cont.-scallops(1/2p)
    7pm-ezkiel(1/2c)
    1tbs almond butter(8gf)
    1 1/2 scoops of protein powder(1/2p)

    and my cheat meal was,2glasses of red wine
