I am not seeing posts today other than Tom, am I doing something wrong.
ReplyDeleteWeekends are far less structured as to time so I find them more difficult then during the week.
9:30 two slices of Eziekel bread with container of egg salad, approx 70% whites 30% yokes and safflower mayo
11:00 banana and apple
2:00 container of sliced roast beef, vegtable combination acorn squash, califlower and spinach was baked in oven with light amount of canola oil.
4:00 container wild rice blend and new whey protein
will go to boxing class tonight.
I think I am done with fats for the day. not sure about the carbs, for dinner will have chicken and vegtables and later a second new whey protein.

Today - oatmeal with blueberries. Banana lunch I had chicken and veggies with marinara left over from night before I didnt know was no good till now. Dinner I had veggie soup from crown palace with chicken
Nutracore I'f I feel better I'll try to come for legs tomorrow I'm down between 4-5 lbs what was aaron down ? can't I compete with someone easier like federici ?
4:45 2 scoop protien shake, 5:30 banana, 23 almonds, 9:20 4 egg whites 2 yolk, 1 ezkiel w/ 1 tbs almond butter, 12:00 apple, 1:00 green pepper, 1 ezkiel plain, 3:10 1 container whole wheat pasta, 1 container mix chicken & turkey sauage w/ home made sauce, 6:45 1 1/2 scoop protien shake, tonight 9 egg whites 3 yolks w/ green pepper. looking forward to sunday meeting, i'll bring the donuts. JUST KIDDING!!!!

Unfortunately, dinner was prepared with too much butter, and a side of mashed caluiflower, that had some kind of butter or cream....
