I have used Wegmans Organic Raspberry Vinaigrette for my salads- is that okay. Should I count it has a fat, it has 6grms for 2 tbsp. How much fat in 1 tsp of safflower mayo? Don't know why this part is confusing me. I think I can have some almonds today?

  10. Eugenia, looks like about 30g of fat. You can still have a tablespoon of almond butter or 20 almonds. I am counting the salmon as 14gf. Unless you just want to start fresh tomorrow with fats and call today and yesterday a wash. Over yesterday under today. Try to get your 40-45g tomorrow and from now on. Taking into condsideration what we talked about today. Every thing else is beautiful.

  11. Sandra, fats wayyyyy too low. please have 2 tablespoons of peanut butter sometime tonight. In your protein shake please do 2 scoops of powder. We're building muscle baby!

  12. Sandra, sorry one more thing, have your fruit 2 pieces in the morning.

  13. Bethe, Do you have safflower lite or regular safflower mayo? The lite is only 4.5g of fat per tablespoon the regular is 11g per tablespoon. You can have some almonds tonight. I don't want to make things confusing but since you had bison today i will allow a little less extra fat. You can have 10 almonds tonight. Everything else looks terrific. You will get the hang of the fats.

Does the dressing have sugar in it. If so please don't use. We are trying to get rid of the sugar cravings.

Jody - I think the most difficult thing about all of this is not the eating but the blogging! I have been trying to find one second to write during the days but can never seem to find the time. (Especially since everyday 20 9-10 year olds are looking for my attention!) Anyway, here was today's plan. Do you want to see Wednesday's too?

    Coffee with almond milk
brown rice farina with baked 1/4 apple, craisins, and a splash of cranberry juice (unsweetened but not organic)
    1/2 container brown rice
    1/2 container turkey meatballs
    cauliflower

1 scoop protein shake with almond butter
    1/2 container brown rice
    1/2 container turkey meatballs

salad with 11 walnuts and balsamic vinegar/1TBsp extra virgin olive oil

  16. It has 1 gram of sugar for 2 tablespoons. I guess I can't use it. What is the alternative again?

I will get the lite saff mayo tomorrow. Did not know they made it in lite.

also, how do you know which proteins (like bison) have more or less fat? Can I have ten walnuts instead? So many questions but I don't feel hungry and have lots more energy.
