    My day will consist of:
    -1/2 cup of grapes
    -1/2 container egg whites, ezekiel bread, 8g fat of 1tbsp almond butter
    -1/2 container of egg whites, ez.bread, 8g fat 1tbsp almond butter
    -1 container of rolled oats, 1.5 scoops protein powder, 1ounce (14gfat) almonds
    -1container chicken, salad greens, peppers, cuc's
    -1sccop protein powder and a 3/4 of a tbsp almond butter (<8)

    Here is my wednsday menu:

    8am-1cont.oatmeal(c)
    hand fool of blueberries(fr)
    2tbs almond butter(16gf)

    11am-1/2cont.egg whites(1/2p)
    1tbs.-saflower mayo(4.5gf)
    1-grapefruit(fr)

    1pm-spinach/arrugala salad
    1/2cont.grilled chicken(1/2p)
    cucumber,onion,radishes,sweet peppers,broccoli
    1tbs.-olive oil(14gf)

    3pm-veggies/cauliflower,sweet peppers

    5pm-1cont.turkey breast(p)
    1cont.brown rice(c)
    13 almonds(10gf)
    64oz water
    ps.i like this program very much and so far very happy and not hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    730 1.5 scoop Harmony protein, 1 scoop greens powder, 2 tablespoons almond butter (16gf), 2 small bananas.

    1230 container of chicken sausage (casing off) .5 container of brown rice carrots

    330 .5 container of grilled chicken with cajun spices, .5 container of brown rice spinach

    530 2 slices ezekiel with 2 tablespoons of almond butter (16gf)carrots

    730 kettlebell class (killer upper body workout!)

    9 .5 harmonized protein with greens powder 1 tbsp almond butter (8gf)

    8:30 1 ezk with 1tbs of almond butter
    10:00 kick boxing
    12;30 .5 con of eggwhites .5 con of brown rice with 1 tsp of saf mayo
    3:00 .5 con of chicken cont of sweet pototo
    5:00 protein shake with greens 1tbl of almond butter,
    7:00 container of bison meat (Going to try- how do you prepare it Jody) with assorted vegetables (peppers, onions, tomotos, eggplant and broccoli)


    Water, vegies and tea throughout the day

  7. Bethe, day looks great. All i do is make patties and broil. No added anything! Actually, i sprinkle sea salt on it after its cooked. Sometimes i cut it up into chunks and mix in a half container of brown rice. Tablespoon of ketchup. Delicious.

    2 slices of z bread w/little peanut butter.
    half apple
    2 containers of grilled chicken.
    1 container brown rice.
    salad,aspar.
    half hand full of sunflower seeds.
    tsp.of almond butter.

    I have to agree with Millie, I really like this program. I feel like I'm eating much more healthier and I'm not hungry at all. As a matter of fact, after eating the bison steak in the afternoon, I could barely eat my portion for dinner.

    This was todays menu:

    7:00 banana
    7:30 coffee with slight amount of skim plus milk
    8:30 3tbs of blueberries
    9:00 workout with Steve
    10:00 2 slices of ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with 1tbs of almond butter
    11:00 22 raw cashews
    12:00 beet salad with 1/4tbs of safflower mayo
    2:30 1 cont brown jasmatic rice and 1 cont bison steak with 1/2 avacado
    6:20 grilled chicken tenderloins with mixed green and 1/2 tbs of grapeseed oil
    9:30 1 tbs of almond butter and white tea

    64 ozs of water throughout day

    Am I eating too much fat?

  10. Eugenia, yes too much fat. 52g. Probably should have done away with the last almond butter. It's ok wont kill you. Your meals look awesome. You are doing great! Glad you are feeling good on the plan.

  11. Wonderwoman! Welcome to the blog. Would like to see you add up your fats for me. Doesn't seem like enough.Could be but im not sure of the amounts you consumed. Also, try to have your two pieces of fruit. Carbs and protein are good. How are you feeling? Hungry stuffed tired etc. Make sure you let me know. It's very important in these first two weeks so we can adjust accordingly.

    i managed to work a long day and eat whatever i needed
    nice cardio at 6;00 -7 am
    7:40 2 ezk toasts+1tblespoon alm butter(8)+ cofee with alm milk + few bluberies and raspberies
    11:30 small banana
    1:45 ground bison 1 cont+salad, lemon fresh, no oil
    5;00 1 cont brown rice
    8:00grilled chicken 1 cont+salad(no oil)
    8:45 11 almonds (8)
    9:30 2 tablespoons alm butter(16)+11 almonds (8)
    fresh veggies throughout the day and some roasted in oven eggplant, mushrooms without
    any oil
    white tea
    85 oz water
