    cucumbers,peppers
    1tbs mayo(4.5gf)

    5:30pm-1cont.Bison meat(p)
    1cont.sweet potato(c)

    8:30pm-1 ezkiel(1/2c)
    2tbs almond butter(16gf)
    pomegranate green tea,and 62oz.water

    1 ez bread w/pp.
    half a mango.
    worked out!
    1 ez bread w/pp.
    egg white om w/spinach,onions and turkey.
    5 cashews.
    1 container talapia
    1 container brown rice.
    1 table spoon almond butter.
    protein shake 1 1/2 scoop.

    see you in the morning for upper body.

    .5 cont brown rice .5 cont of eggwhites 1tsp of lite saffo mayo
    container of sweet pototo
    10 walnuts
    .con turkey sausage, cauli, peppers, onions
    protein shake 2tbl of almond butter
    water water water

    carbs: 1/2 cont oats, 2 slices ezekiel, .5 contain long grain wild rice
    protein: 1 container egg whites, 1 container turkey, 1 scoop Harm. prot.
    peppers, fat: 1 oz cashews (15), 1/4 avocado (5) , saff mayo (5), 2tbsp almond butter

    Here's how today went:

    -banana
    -10 raspberries
    -1 cont organic rolled oats
    -24 almonds (16gf)

    -1 cont shredded raw cabbage and carrots with fresh lemon
    -2 chicken sausages (no cassing)or about 3/4 of cont
    -1 cont sweet potato

    -3/4 cont turkey salad with egg whites,onions,chives and 1tbs of saff lite (4.5gf)
    -1 cont roasted eggplant

    -1 1/2 scoops protein shake with 2tbs of almond butter (16gf)

    green tea
    64ozs of water

  11. My children please do not eat Talapia. I hate to break it to you but Talapia is crap. You cannot get wild caught because it doesn't exist in the wild. It is genetically engineered. Sorry. Not healthy for you. We are all being deceived and made to believe things are good for us when they are not. Farm raised sounds so sweet doesn't it?
