    12:30 1 cont grilled chicken; kathy's salad with 1 tsp olive oil and balsamic vinegar
    5:00 1 cont grilled scallops; 1 cont. brown rice

    11 almonds
    1.5 tbsp almond butter
    green tea

    water all day

  2. Millie, looks really great. A pro already?! You may want to spread out a bit so your not hungry at night. How much chicken was on the Kathy's salad? Great salad isn't it?

  3. JODY I WAS NOT HUNGRY AT ALL WITH ALL THIS FOOD.KATHY'S GRILLED CHICKEN WAS ABOUT A FULL CONTAINER FOR SURE.
