Women day 6, Friday September 24

Good morning welcome to day 6. You are almost at one week. Most of the feed back is very positive so far. Remember on the morning of your cheat meal day weigh yourself and email me. Great job so far.

    every day so far i feel full at night and feel great in the morning. I love the diet because i did not eat so many carbs per day for years. I definetely enjoy the carbs. I did not go on the scale even once since we started the diet.
    anyway my menu today(9/24)
    7:00 2 tblspoons(16)almond butter+2 toasts
    9:00 banana
    11:30 grilled chicken with mixed greens salad, no dressing( Restaurant at the course i was taking)+13 walnuts(10gr)
    12:00 apple
    4:30 beats+saf mayo 1 teaspoon(2)
    5:50 1 cont sweet potato+1/2 teaspoon of oil(4)
    7:30 chicken sausage 1 cont+salad(arugula, cucumbes, peppers and iceberg lettuce, fresh lemon+1/2 spoon olive oil(4)
    8:30 11 almonds(7)
    ate some fresh vegies and roasted eggplant throughout the day
    100 oz of water

    ginger gold apple(fr)

    4 strawberries(fr)

    2:00pm-1/2cont.scallops(1/2p)
    cucumbers and sweet peppers

    4:00pm-vegetables&22 almonds(16gf)

    6:00pm-1cont.Bison beef cubes(p)
    cooked vegetables
    sweet potato(c)
    8:30pm-2tbs almond butter(16gf)
    honey ginseng green(yum,wegmans)
    62oz.water

  5. Sandra, getting closer. I estimate you to have consumed approximately 30gf.That's if when you say spoon you mean tablespoon and your safflower mayo is not the lite safflower. You can eat another 22 almonds or 2 tablespoons of almond or peanut butter. Your carbs and proteins are great. You may want to cut up some raw veggies to eat while you are on the road working. Put them in sandwhich baggies and snack on them during the day.

  10. Hi Jody,

    My greatest challenge so far came today. Went to a friends house. What a spread -cakes, liquor, nuts, fruits and a lot of other yummies. DID NOT touch a thing. Very proud of myself. I have to say, I didn't even have an urge to cheat.

    Anyway here's what I ate today:

    Morning:
    -banana
    -coffee with almond milk (pretty good)
    -apple
    -11 almonds
    -1 cont rolled oats

    Afternoon:
    -1 cont lump crabmeat (real crab meat, not processed) with chives and 1 tbs of saff lite
    -1 cucumber

    Dinner:
    -raw shredded cabbage,carrots,and lemon with 1 tsp of grapeseed oil
    -1 cont of turkey sausages (cassing removed)
    -1 cont of buckwheat

    2 tbs of almond butter
    white tea
    64 ozs of water

    Sorry its late (busy day yesterday)
    coffee with stevia in it
    banana
    1tbl almond butter 1 ezk break
    grapes
    .5 con of brown rice .5 of egg whites

    .5 con of sweetpotote .5 con of chicken

    1 piece of ezk break .5 cont of eggwhites 10 walnuts I was going to have a shake but had a show last night and got home after 11:00.

    Saturday
    coffee with stevia in it
    banana
    1piece of ezk 1tbl of almond butter
    grapes
    .5 cont of brown rice .cont of eggwhites
    salad peppers, spinach, brocc and cauliflower 1tsp of rasp vingerette dressing
    .5 sweet pototoe .5 turkey sausgage
    25 almonds
    .5 sweet potote .5 bison (if they have had wegmans)
    Shake with 1tsp almond

    1 scoop protein shake with banana and 1 tsp almond butter
    1 slice eziekel bread (cinnimon raisin) with 1 tsp almond butter
    1/2 container brown rice
    1/2 container ground turkey
    Dinner: cheat meal

    Saturday:
    1 scoop protein shake with 1 1/2 banana

    1/2 container gluten free brown rice noodles
    1/2 container turkey taco
    1/3 container black beans

    1/2 container gluten free brown rice noodles
    1 container shrimp

    1/2 scoop protein shake with 1 tsp almond butter

    Friday: power aerobic weightlifting
    Saturday: weight/aerobics class
