Women day 3, tuesday sept. 22
Hi women! You guys have been doing amazing! If you post after 10 at night you probably wont get a response from me until the afternoon of the following day. I will try to respond 3 times a day. Mornings will be a little rough for me to respond so i will start around noon. I will check again around 3 and then at 9. 11:30am-22 almonds(16gf)

1:30pm-1/2container,bison meat
sauted spinach(14gf)
1 ezkiel bread
3:00pm-sweet mini peppers(5p)
cucumber(5slices)
5:30pm-1/2container egg whites
1tbs saflower mayo(4.5gf)
1container brown rice
water-64oz.
Jody do i also need to get Greens powder?
ReplyDeleteMillie, your day looks great. you could have, however done 1.5 scoops of powder in the morning and saved the other 1.5 scoops for your last meal of the day. You are doing a really good job. Great work!
ReplyDeleteGreens powder is really only necessary if you are not getting enough vegetables. You are getting plenty of vegetables.

-25 HIIT elliptical
- apple,
- 1tbsp almond butter, 1/2 container of egg whites w/.5 tbsp full fat saffl mayo
-banana
-1 slice ezekiel, other 1/2 of e.w.salad, 1 oz. of almonds, cucumber
-1 container or l.g. brown rice
-1container of turkey sausage, .5 ounce of olive oil on salad
-1.5 scoops of protein powder and 2tbsp almond butter
64+oz of water, green tea
- 1 cup of coffee with almond milk
ReplyDelete- 1 container of brown rice farina with 1/4 baked apple with craisins in cranberry juice
- 1 scoop protein shake with water, banana, 1 tsp almond butter
Midday - 1/3 container each of ground turkey, brown rice, black beans
Late Afternoon - 1/3 container ea. of the same as midday
Dinner - 1 turkey burger with 3 slices of turkey bacon, 1 Tbsp ketchup, salad with croutons (1 carb) and vidalia onion dressing (2 Tbsp)
1 hour cardiofusion class
Wendy, Please no cranberry juice unless it's organic unsweetened and would still be considered a fruit. I don't completely understand that farina thing althouth, it sounds really tasty. How much juice are we talking? Just afraid you are getting too much sugar from fruit. Meals look really good overall. Nice job, Jody

Morning:
-Banana
-Coffee with small amount of skim plus milk
-Strawberries (7pc)
-22 raw cashews
-2 ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with 1tbs of almond butter
Afternoon:
-Raw veggies- sugar snap peas (10pc), baby carrots (10pc), cauliflower
-3/4 container egg whites with safflower lite mayo
-Brown rice 1 container
-Chicken sausages organic (2pc)
Dinner:
-Scallops 1/2 container
-Spinach salad with 1/2 avacado, tomato, cucumber and 1tbsp of grapeseed oil
-1 cup of white tea
48 ozs of water throughout day

3:45 1 toast+ 1 cont cabbage salad with little bit of carrots and celery, lemon
5:00 1 cont combination brown rice+few peices of sweet potato(1/2teaspoon of oil)(3gr)
8:00 1 cont tuna +salad mixed greens, eggplant and poratobella mushrooms roasted in oven
9:00 11 almonds(7gr)
11:00 1 tblspoon of almond butter(8gr)=11 more almonds(7gr)

Galina, you are a night owl! Excellent job. How are you feeling? I understand the dishes thing! don't you think we should have servants taking care of the cooking and cleaning? I am going to have to get on Tom about that.
ReplyDeleteEugenia, Excellent job. The cravings for chocolate will go away. I swear. I am proud of you drinking all that water. Now add a couple of ounces each day. Would like to get you to at least 64oz. A gallon would be a dream. Baby steps!
